AD-HOC SERVICES

CREW MANNING SERVICE
As a licensed maritime labour convention company amongst other certifications, we comply with the international maritime regulations when it comes to crew manning services. As part of our crew manning service, we provide the following services to our clients:
Hiring and managing qualified crew for ships, vessels, and for other extraction sectors. We ensure that both parties follow the international regulations and industry standards. This service involves recruiting and placement of personnel as well as managing the full human resource spectrum of crew personnel. This includes contract management, performance appraisals, training, travel, and accommodation arrangements etc.
IMMIGRATION SERVICES
Through our services, we aim to enhance our clients experience by making the visa application process as convenient, seamless and safe as possible. We handle the whole visa process for our clients from completing the application forms, following up with the ministry and collecting the issued visa. However, DM Interim Management does not play any part in the decision-making process behind visa applications being granted or denied.

LABOUR HIRE
We will take care of the entire hiring process, including payroll, employment contracts, tax, etc., and ensure that the workers provided meet the needs and expectations of the client. It is important to note that the workers that are provided are employed by the DM Interim Management and are ‘leased’ temporarily to the client/company.
